No one else has made a post in this part of the forum so I'm a little nervous, but I have a question... is there anyone that is on a fitness/weight loss/health journey that has ever had problem with discipline ? I was pretty good about it before, but lately I've been eating tons of sweets. I also don't eat much to begin with, which happened after I got the flu. I've been really scared about gaining what I've lost back, but it hasn't happened yet... I keep telling myself I will stop eating sweets (mostly candy and coffee) but I can't stop... any tips?
//Also I know about cheat days, before I had the flu they were a part of my routine... but everyday can't be a cheat day!

I'm actually in a weight loss-health journey and it's true that it's hard. My weakness is the bread, when I start eating bread I can't stop. You have to be extremely motivated if you really want to stop. If you can't stop you can decide to keep the sweets but to do more sport.
