Hi, I am 17 year old girl, Im 5'2 and I weigh between 115-120lbs. It not my weight that i have a problem with, Its my body shape. The body shape I have is a disgusting inverted triangle or apple shape. meaning i have these big broad shoulders, big tummy, wide ribcage, skinny, legs and no curves. my body shape is not feminine at all, Its a masculine foot ballplayer shape. every time I look in the mirror and see my body, I cry, I cant even wear cute clothes such as skinny jeans because it makes my butt look flatter and certain shirts make my shoulders more broader. im stuck with cardigans and leggings. me being a black girl, you know black girls are known to have curves. every black girl i see they have either a beautiful pear shape or a hourglass shape I want that shape because its more feminine and desirable . My body shape has been such a burden on me that other people are noticing it. Guys call me "no *** leah"Even my doctor and dad said to me "wow you have big broad shoulders". I tried to go to drastic measures to lose this body shape by eating less and working out at the gym over my limit. I know this is bad for me to do these things but i really want to get rid of my repulsive body. its sad when you know that you are aware of our flaws but when people talk about them and mock them its really heartbreaking. Anyways, thank you for taking the time to look at this i really appreciate it .

No problem! I have issues with my body too but I think it's important to always remind yourself that you still have options. When you get a little bit older you can try corset training to give you a better shape. You can also do exercises to try and increase the width of your hips and give you a bigger butt. But always remember that you'e still growing so even though you don't have the pear or hourglass shape now doesn't mean you won't ever get it! Just try to take care of yourself (that doesn't always mean eating less), try exercising and give it all time!
